Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Secret Codes website.

The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer completes the order process and payment is successful.

The stated prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is made via the offered payment methods (e.g., Stripe).

Delivery of digital content (codes) takes place immediately after successful payment via email or directly on the website.

Since these are digital contents that are made immediately accessible, there is generally no right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

In case of goodwill refunds, incurred transaction fees (e.g., Stripe fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the provided content unless based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered office.
